FUNdamentals and Building Blocks Therapy has updated their policies related to COVID to reflect new travel advisories. The changes come as the cases are rising and the CDC is recommending not traveling or engaging in unmasked activities with family and friends outside of your immediate bubble. We are putting these updated travel policies in place in order to do our part to keep our staff and client base safe during this holiday season.
Please Review the Following:
For VA Families: If you and your family did not wear a mask in a space where any other people (any other kids or adults) did not wear masks, please plan to transition to teletherapy for the two weeks after travel/gatherings
For DC Families: If you and your family traveled to a location on the DC travel advisory list OR did not not wear a mask in a space where other people (kids or adults) did not wear masks, please plan to transition to teletherapy for the two weeks after travel/gatherings or provide a negative PCR test.
Beginning this week, you will receive an updated policy document at your session to initial and sign. This document will ask about your travel and highlights some of the key policies regarding mask wearing and illnesses.
We look forward to continuing to provide a safe environment for everyone, as we move towards the Winter months.
